At Nourishing Nosh Catering, we are passionate about delicious, nutritious, conscious eating.    All Nourishing Nosh dishes are created with body and earth in mind, so you can relax in the knowledge that your catering will be good for you, your guests and the sustainability of the planet.

Every delectable morsel in this delicious boutique catering range is home made from the freshest quality ingredients. Menus are tailor made to suit taste and budget.  (Mouth watering food can be provided to suit all dietary requirements.)

Vietnamese rice paper rolls with poached organic chicken & Asian salad ginger soy dip sauce
Indonesian organic Chicken sates peanut sauce lime & pepper
Shiitake mushroom patties with roast garlic yoghurt tahini sauce and slow roasted tomatoes
BBQ Lamb bites with kumera & coconut mash, coriander & Asian style spicy tomato jam
Vietnamese Pulled pork Ban Mi with zesty chili aioli, pickled carrot, cucumber and coriander
Spiced Middle eastern orange cake with spiced labne

"Some of the tastiest and imaginative canapes we've ever had. The fact that they were all tailored to my allergies made them even more special. A beautiful mix of flavours, even the wedding cake...gorgeous...not too sweet and looked divine  Louise and her team did the most amazing job with professionalism and smiles all the way.  Lou is a delight to deal with. Inventive with her food choices, goes the extra mile(s) and with a great sense of humour.  We would recommend (and already have) Nourishing Nosh to anyone wanting guaranteed truly special food!  I've also had soooo much feedback from other people at the wedding commenting on the wonderful food. Important considerations when planning your catering:
1. Budget - yes it is right at the top of the list because it is important to ensure your expectations are met.
2. Number of people - Adults, children, age (big eaters, small eaters)
3. The Style - casual & relaxed/ formal sit down/ informal stand around/ corporate/ stand around/ fun relaxed
4. The food - canapes, noodle boxes, buffet, sit down meal (number courses - starter, entree, main, dessert)
5. Cuisine - Mod Oz, Asian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern
6. Food preferences, allergies & intolerances - favourite foods. vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nut free, egg, dairy
7. Delivery only/ Caterer & wait staff on site.

Pre Prepared Dinner Parties are delivered to your back door – Together we select a menu to suit your taste and guests special needs. The food is prepared to the last detail and delivered ready for you to cook or heat and serve.  Instructions and Timings included.
