Steamed Salmon with carrot and zucchini ribbons and a dreamy sauce (which will be made form the soup that cooks in the thermomix whilst the salmon is steaming)
Not bad is it?
I use the Thermomix in most of my cooking classes and it is especially handy in the Asian classes where chopping is a time consuming part of the food prep.
