Being a Vegan or Vegetarian is not as simple as cutting out animal foods as there are nutrients of major importance that must be obtained from plant sources and this can be tricky if you don't know where to look.
A lot of processed Vegan and Vegetarian products whilst not containing animal products do contain a lot of additives, salt and man made fats that are high in omega 6 fatty acids.
Learn what foods contain protein, carbs and healthy fats and how much of each you need.
