This eclectic platter of plant-based dishes makes a delicious alternative to a Mediterranean style starter.
It also makes a wonderful whole meal. Indeed this would be an extravagant dinner for many Laos and Cambodian Villagers who usually suffice with rice and one dip. It is a beautiful stand-alone or you can be paired with tofu, fish or chicken.
