My big fat Vegetarian Greek Easter - Sat 6 April 10am - 2pm
I have been lucky enough to spend Easter in the bosom of an extended Greek family on their watermelon and pumpkin farm in country Victoria. Their generosity of spirit and table is etched in my memory forever.
The simplicity and sophistication of flavours had my taste buds on high alert.
I have taken the liberty of combining some of the traditional Lenten dishes and mixed them with those from Clean Monday and Easter Sunday. Sorry no offal sausage this year, maybe next year. One of my favourite cuisines and not just for Easter.
