This is a Vegetarian cooking class for busy people.
- Okonomiyaki - Japanese omelette with cabbage, carrots and shiitake mushrooms (Vegan option)
- Roman Tomato and bean soup
- Shiitake mushroom and walnut patties with slow roasted tomatoes
- Asian style steamed tofu en papillotte with greens
The recipes in this class showcase fresh seasonal vegetables in many combinations. Equally suited to Carnivores wanting to zoosh up their vegetable repertoire. Vegan options provided.
