Come and join us for a day of yoga, delicious food and pampering that will leave you feeling relaxed, energised & renewed.
An introduction to the practise of yoga & the art of relaxation to help improve strength & spirit. (team* led by Lizzie Taylor)
A “what to eat” program especially for teens that cuts through the dieting rhetoric and gets straight to the point, includes delicious, healthy, easy recipes, nutrition tips and a guide to balanced eating. Omnivore (meat, fish, egg, dairy and plant eaters), Vegan and Vegetarian options included. Gluten and dairy free options. (team* led by Louise Edney)
*yoga and cooking team teachers will be allocated based on numbers of teens attending to ensure correct technique in both the yoga and cooking sessions.

9.30am Energising Yoga Class - suitable for all levels, beginners welcome
10.30am Delicious morning tea & nutrition talk
12.15pm Professional cooking class
1.45pm Sit down to a mouthwatering lunch
2.15pm Yoga Relaxation
As well as two yoga practices, a cooking class, morning tea and lunch, you'll take home recipes & nutrition tips & DIY notes on the yoga.
