- An energising exercise

In this 90 minute live webinar we will talk about sleep and how crucial it is for
- boosting immunity,
- improved mood,
- better energy and
- vibrant wellbeing
- nutrients and food sources to produce melatonin (sleep hormone)
- Sleep hygiene practices
and I (we) will cook
- one pot chicken soup (Vegetarian option available). I will demonstrate and you can sit back and relax or you can cook along with me.

In this 90 minute live webinar we will talk about the benefits of a whole food dietary approach to improved mental health. Specifically we will talk about:

- Specific food sources
- How what you eat can affect your mental health
- strategies to reduce anxiety and stress
- What to eat and drink and what to avoid.

- Your very own Kombucha SCOBY from scratch
- We will flavour your Kombucha too.

In this 90 minute live webinar, we will focus on nutrients and food sources that provide the building blocks to strengthen your immune system.
- Nutrients (and food sources) required to build and support immunity
- Foods and beverages best avoided when confronted with an immune challenge
- Lifestyle habits to strengthen immunity are covered in episodes 1 - 4 of the Winter wellbeing series.
- Tray baked aubergine, Tofu (or chicken) and Shiitake mushrooms with allium vegetables and black rice
