- An easy relaxation practice
- A mindful eating segment and
- An energising exercise
- overview of what to eat and what to avoid
You can join me for this webinar or you can join us to delve more deeply into Nutrition and Wellbeing with the Winter Wellbeing series that is designed to help you feel liberated and fabulous mentally and physically.
