This class is for Thermomix owners (& Curiosos) who enjoy really good food. Sticking to the Nourishing Nosh principles of nutritious, delicious, conscious eating, we select seasonal whole foods and cook them with steam to seal in all the nutritious goodness.
We will not only be preparing dishes that utilise the varoma but will also be learning some invaluable techniques to master some classic thermomix skills.
Mediterranean Mussels with tomato, garlic, white wine and herbs
Asian style fish, bok choy, red capsicum & asparagus with fragrant rice
Cambodian Curry - a beautifully fragrant curry with tofu, veggies, galangal and coconut milk
Mushroom and fetta stuffed zucchini flowers with Napoli sauce.
Steamed pears with crushed nut stuffing, honey drizzle & zesty labne
