This is a Vegetarian cooking class for busy people with my absolute favourite dishes, some old some new. I am salivating writing the menu. I promise you will love these dishes.

- Okonomiyaki - Japanese omelette with cabbage, carrots and shiitake mushrooms (Vegan option)
- Mexican Corn and Black Bean Salad
- Shiitake mushroom and walnut patties with slow roasted tomatoes
- Asian style steamed tofu en papillote with greens
