Roast vegetable Christmas Salad - TEST
This delicious salad is full of taste and Christmas colours. It's the perfect dish to add flavour and flair to your Christmas Eve or Day function. The salad serves 10 - 12 as part of a Christmas Feast. It eats very well cold and can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Veggies include kumera, beetroot, yellow squash, Dutch carrots, Spanish onion, fennel and red capsicum. It is topped with basil leaves and pine nuts (or pumpkin seeds if there is a nut allergy.)
Pick up is in Seaforth on Christmas Eve. You are welcome to drop your platter in for presentation or your salad will be served on a eco disposable tray.
Other Christmas goodies inlcude Hot Smoked Salmon with horseradish creme fraiche and house pickled onions, fennel & radish.
Order before 5pm Tuesday 20 December for the early bird discount.
